I just traded for a McCulloch 9 hp s/n 800366. Needs a impeller is napa # 18-3009 the correct one if not were could I find one. Also were could I find a kit to rebuild carb. What is correct fuel mix. This motor has electric starter. Motor turns good has good spark (jump about 1/2 in.) will run a little with gas pumped into piston. Any idea carb adjustment settings. Nice little motor would like to see it run again. Thanks for all advise. ps Motor has good compression.

Need a model number to tell the year.
The 9 appeared in 66.Pump is for 67-68 It also fits 67,68,69 7.5.
My guess is it will fit the 69 9 as well.If the motor has been operated without
a battery the fuse,diode and or the armature may be damaged.
Initial mixture settings on the Marvel Schebler carb are 1 1/2 out from gently bottomed.You'll probably need to do a rebuild.
See if you can find the scott guy site also aomci.org site for help.
I believe the Scott guy reccomends 40:1 fuel mix.3.2 ozs per gallon.
