Can you help identify my Outboard Engine please...
It is a Mariner 40 HP
Serial No: 676-L51341

I looked here: Mariner: 40-55Hp
and here: Mariner 40-55 hp, produktions?rslista, modellguide

... but can't find that Serial...

It is on the same page but you drop the L from the s/n:

40 EL 676A-50631 - 676A-401275 1977
