Lube cylinder walls after pulling heads?

I pulled my heads to replace swollen water deflectors, I had to wipe the cylinder walls a bit to clean up some debris from the old gasket and what not. I have the motor put back together but haven’t started it, now I’m worried that the walls will be too dry and I’ll have issues.

Can I spray fogging oil or something though the spark plug holes to lube them back up?
