Lower Unit SWAP? What Years Can I Use?

My buddy last weekend did something stupid! Hit a nice soild rock, the prop is toast, and the prop shaft is bent pretty good, and the skeg was already half gone! My thaught is to just find a complete lower unit, and swap the mangled one out, and put in the new one
the motor is a 1993, Evinrude 90 Hp 2 stroke with oil injection power T/T. What years and HP can I use to find a swap out part?
And if I do find one, what should I do to get it back into service? Just a lower unit oil change, and water pump kit?
