lower unit oil types

Which oil to use? which is the right one?<br /><br />Lubrimatic makes 2 oils, both labeled "lower unit gear lube".<br /><br />One is labeled High viscosity, while the other says Hypoid 90.<br /><br />Whats the diference? is one better?<br /><br />I am running a '95 Force 70 hp.
