Live well will not drain

I did not know where else to post this? I have a 2002 Polar Kraft 178TC new to me and the live well will not drain, it has the 3 way mechanical switch.I disconnected the drain line from the live well at the 3 way valve in the back and ran a plumbers snake foward and it stops at the 90 deg connection going up into the livewell. I tried to run the snake down through the drain and it wont go past the 90 degree turn. I put a garden hose in the aft end and put a hose clamp to be sure I have 100 water pressure and I don’t even get air bubbles. I put 100psi of air pressure and again not even a air bubble, (this is bypassing the 3 way valve) I do not have access to the outer bottom of the live well. Any ideas? I,m thinking I may have to put in a 4 inch access hole in the aluminum floor next to the livewell and disconnect the 90 deg drain. UGGGGGGGGG

Trace the plumbing and replace the broken plastic bits

Not really picturing the 3 way valve in your boat, but if pressure will not pass the valve, then the valve most likely needs replacing
