Hi Everyone,
I've got a 94 Alumacraft Trophy 180, with bent, and damaged lift strikes on the waterline of the hull. Is there anywhere that I can get new extruded aluminum pieces that I can rivet on and replace the damaged/worn orginals? Or should I take off the originals and try to straighten them, and re-rivet?
I've got a lot of experience with flat sheetmetal reiveting so i am not affraid of doing sheetmetal work, just not sure where to get these pieces??
Thanks for hte help Gents!

Welcome to iboats,

I can not help you with your problem, but there are many here who can and will...

I would only suggest that you post pictures of what you are working on, because that will help those that can help you, see what you are working on...

The best way to post pics is to open a free Photobucket account, load your pics there, then copy the IMG tag and post them here...

Best regards,
GT1M

PS- Nice looking Tower of Power as your Avatar...:)

Thanks GT!
I'll get some posted asap!
That tower of power is my pride and joy! Full tear down and rebuild 2 years ago! A lot of fun rebuilding the old inlines!

Some bigger Hvac Shops do that sorta stuff In-house,...

They probably don't stock the thicker stuff, but .060 to .090 is 'bout what ya need...
