Johnson FastStrike power cutting out

Hi all, have a strange issue going on with my 99 Johnson 115. Sometimes it runs beautiful, then other times the idle is rough, and it has no power. Will not get up on plane. It'll come and go. Sometimes restarting will fix it, other times I'll have the gas halfway floored and going no where, then bam, something clicks into place and boat takes off normally. Feels like two cylinders are cutting in and out. Replaced all plugs and wires. No fuel leaks or anything out of the ordinary.

Sounds like an ignition problem.

Check spark with spark tester to determine which cylinders are dropping out. Goo strong spark across 3/8” gap

Ohm check coils, although they sometimes test good while actually bad.

Does she lose power after she was run a while, shut off for a time and then restarted?
