johnson 130 hp hard time starting

hello all, my 2000 johnson 130 has a hard time starting, but runs great once started. im using the key choke by holding it in , and it will fire up but sputter out like its not getting enough fuel. is this the primer sylonoid? any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you try hitting the key again when it wants to quit ??
