what do yall think. I get confused when im looking at these. What are the differences?

Ayuh,... I don't see anything Broken,...
I'm Guessin' it's an Alpha 1 transom, but you don't show the shift shaft very well, 'n that, along with the remote oil port are the Big differences...
Don't see the oil port either...

It's a Gen II, you can just barely see the reservoir quick disconnect in your first picture.

That is identical to my alpha one gen II to a tee. Just happen to have my outdrive off so I compared
