Watching Monday Night Football. We usually get all Canadian commercials during a US telecast, including the Super Bowl. Somehow tonight I'm getting a US feed. Rare. So I'm sitting here listening more than watching and I hear Chris Berman's voice, which is unmistakeable, telling about Sunday nights ESPN's review of Sunday games. I was told ABC retired him. He must be back. Is he? I always have enjoyed the guy. I can't get ESPN up here. We have TSN which is ESPN lite, 99% NHL and now 99% NBA because all the American kids on the Raptors won a championship for Canada. Just like our dollar our Canuck version of ESPN is worth 25% less.

He still does Monday Night Countdown for ESPN as a panelist, but no longer the host.

And he and Jackson do NFL PrimeTime on ESPN+ (an additional paid service of ESPN).

Thanks. Not a bad gig doing a job he said he would do for free. He is occasionally a guest on a Bills radio show 1 Bills Drive WGR 550 AM with John Murphy and future Hall of Fame member Steve Tasker and always look forward to his visits and always enjoy him. He is a big Bills fan. I bet he says that about every team he is a guest on. From noon to 3PM. You will hear me occasionally banter and digress on that show.
