Have to move fast on this one. I currently run a 1975 25HP long shaft Evinrude on my duckboat (16X48) Crestliner MTVCS. Fully rigged I run about 18.5 mph. Motor runs good but I have a chance at a 1982 35HP Evinrude for $400. Assuming all is well with the motor, what can I expect to see in top end speed? I like the idea of an upgrade and will be checking out the motor today.
