Idle srew on '04 Merc 15 hp 4 stroke

I am having trouble finding the idle screw. My motor runs fine, but idles at high RPMs, is the screw on the carb itself?

thanks,
now i tried adjusting the screw while the motor was runing, and the RPMs didnt change. do i have bigger problems?

Check your timing and that the carb throttle plate is closing properly...
