Identifying 196? Starcraft 16' aluminum boat - Starmist?

I got a 16' Starcraft boat from a friend about 2 years ago, he bought it in the auction but did not have a time to work on it and offered it to me at a price I could not refuse. The paperwork just states 16" Starcraft, no model number, no year of manufacture.
There is no ID plate on the boat and the HIN number in the paperwork does not match Starcraft format.
But the boat is definitely a Starcraft from early sixties.

I did not have time to work on it until now and I would like to determine which model/year it is. Originally, I thought that it is Nassau (based on the measurements), but after doing more research (on this site, as well as others) I think it is an early Starmist.

Unfortunately there are discrepancies in available sources (dimensions) and there seems to be many variations of the same model of the boat as it progressed from year to year.

I have compiled info on my boat and 16' models from that era and concluded that I have probably 1961 Starmist. But I would like to hear opinions from other Starmist owners.

Here is the comparison with other 16 footers.

Transom pictures
Splash well top ridge is round, the only picture that I found with what looks like a round splash well is in one of the brochures, but the picture is not very clear.

Bow light - I have not seen this style of light on boats dated after 1962, I am sure someone will correct me.

Starcraft logo on either side is missing, mounting holes are plug welded.

There was no windshield when I got it, but I have found a windshield from a different boat, that looks like will fit nicely.

Bow has 4 holes for windshield mounting and two holes on each side. There were just two "L" shaped brackets, one on each side. I have seen this mounting arrangement on the Jet model.

Again, the windshield in pictures is NOT original.

There were no side panels, or any indication that there used to be any.
Port side gunwale has long oblong cutout that does not look original, looks like it was cut out by previous owner to either gain access to something or to get some storage.

So, Starmist owners (or any owner of a boat that looks like this), please comment.
Thanks,
Roman
