I have removed all structure from the hull, and it is now just bare glass. It has maintained its dimension, thankfully, but I will monitor it when I start glassing in the structure. I must have removed 300 pounds of soaked foam and wood, but I was able to save three stringers, all the sizes I need to use as templates for the new stringers. The transom was horrible to get out. I thought it would pop out, but I ended up having to cut it into small pieces and hack them out of the hull. I can make a template out of cardboard for it. This is the first time the hull has had a chance to dry in who knows how many years. Now I can start buying materials for the next phase...
