How much pressure?

I need to run a pressure test on my lower unit. What specific psi or psi range should be used? I would guess that it needs to be relatively low, but I'd like to hear from you guys that do it all the time.

I test at 15 psi. and let it set at least 2 hours

also check vacuum
get like a good hand-held pump
mighty-vac is a good one to use

replace the o-ring on the drain and fill holes
