I believe so....THANKS! I haven't seen the engine yet and I am not very familiar with Hondas....but from what my relation is telling me he says he believes the hoses are not on it correctly. He said that the engine started over heating and that he is getting a lot of water from a barb fitting on the engine soaking the engine compartment. He also said that it isn't "peeing" a very strong stream of water. From what I have found it seems more like the pressure relief valve is stuck open possibly. I told him that most of the newer Mercs have molded water hoses and it's pretty hard to put them in the wrong spot couldn't imagine Honda being any different....he purchased the engine used last year....
