Pull all of your plugs, take a wire and clean out the holes, let em drain! A common phrase around here... Air doesn't freeze!

If you want to run the motor, just stick your garden hose into the bellhousing water port - the one with the o-ring on it. It will run and cool perfectly.

however middle of block on both sides, about 1" up from oil pan is a 1/4" pipe plug. pull those, then unfold a paper clip and dig around in there to make sure its not blocked by crud

bottom of the two exhaust manifolds about the middle or maybe on one end are the other plugs. pull those, then unfold a paper clip and dig around in there to make sure its not blocked by crud

what do you need the air compressor for?

relax, stay calm, drink a beer, pull plugs, poke holes, let drain. change oil, change filter (use a bag around the filter to catch the mess), spray out bilge with dawn dish soap, then rinse crud out of bilge.

the beer is to calm you down, the dawn dish soap is to help wash out the oil you just spilled.

red water is rust. sand is normal for a raw water cooled boat that has been run in shallow water.

On marine engines the dipstick tube goes to the bottom of the pan, so you can suck the oil out from the top. There are a bunch of different pumps that you can purchase.
