HD-25 Johnson Part out Junk or rebuild

have not touched this one since it was given to me. another antique good shape cosmetically except for the hood or cowl. turns over with compression, about all I have done any suggestions.

It is January. That is a classic JohnnyRude that probably isn't broke, just needs a tender revival.

Part out? No. Junk? No. Rebuild? Probably doesn't need that.

Wake her up. Make her purr again.

Or maybe put her in the hands of someone who will.

Probably one of the smallest "modern" twins made @ 2.5 hp.A smooth running twin.I believe it shares ignition parts with other Johnsons and some early Gale built motors.
Evinrude made probably the smallest quad at something like 5 hp.
