Hi all--thanks for a great forum and the years of collective wisdom. You've saved me so much grief already and I'm just getting started! I have a 72 50HP Johnson with Hydro-electric shift. I want to change the water pump impeller this winter, but I've read at least one horror story about no shift upon reassembly. I want to do it right the first time, I have a Seloc manual, and I'm competent. Any insight on making my next posting another thank-you instead of a HELP!!!! will be appreciated.
