You guys think that it would be okay to put axle grease on the connection for my tailer lights? it would help with pluging and unpluging and help keep moister away. But would it cause any harm?? <br /><br />as always thanks and see you on the water.<br /><br />"At least that's the way that I see it"<br /> -Grumpy Wise Old Man

Or how about the special grease made for electric connections at Radio Shack. Don't know how it would hold up & work with a connection you plug/unplug often.

Or White Lithium grease - multiple uses, and has dielectric (non-conductive) properties.<br /><br />Just my $0.02

The corect stuff is called Di-electric greese. You can use it on Spark plug wires, light bulbs (and sockets),any thing electrical you want to greese and (semi) watherproof. I use it when I crimp stuff on an automobile that I want to make sure it doesn't corode (easialy).
