Hi, Jim. Let's put your post back at the top of the listing so it doesn't get overlooked.

Red sky at night. . .
JB

Re: GOVERNMENT AUCTION SITE-boat stuff!!

Well, being retired Army I had often taken a great deal of ridicule about the high cost that the Gov't pays for items. It is good to see that we can get some of our investments back at these auction sites.

It is a great site and I highly advise people to visit it.

Now for the real question???? What sort of "Government Testing" was being conducted using Bass boats? Is the US Gov't planning on planting agents into the field disguised as bass fisherman? A possible infiltration of the Greenpeace people? The boats they have tested (aka "played with") really do not appear to be boats designed to haul many people or equipment. Dam, I never had a job in the military that permitted me to test bass boats. The "civilian technicians" probably only make 50K per year doing all the "intensive testing". I guess I missed that boat!

Bob

PS Anyone know of Government Bass Boat testing positions available, I am sure the applications alone would fill a barn.
