Fishing was good yesterday.

Normally bream are for catfish bait to me but yesterday was diffrent. I only caught 6 about an hour or so before dusk but all six were over a pound. O know folks that have bragged over crappie smaller than the largest fish. When the film in the camera gets done and developed I will have proof for anyone that does not believe me. Gonna head back this afternoon as I know they were on the bed and there should be more there.

I was right and brought home 34 of the biggest. Took a lot of pictures and a couple even with the cheap digital. Gonna try and have them developed/DL tommorow and on my website. I was throwing back fish I would normally have kept.

Only caught 3 today. Mayflies hatched out last night and if they were not gorged on them they must have spawned out and left leaving smaller males guarding the nests. Anyway much better pics are now at the link above.
