Do you size your rods to match the line weight, casting weight, or your reels drag capacity?

I just buy a 2 piece rod with the action I desire. Generally a 6.5' rod does the trick. My reels drag capacity means nothing to me as my smallest reel has more than enough drag to handle the bass I catch. I guess the way you asked your question is more for bait casting reels. I only use spinning reels.

Yes, Yes, Kind of... My reels have enough drag "range", so it just needs to be set properly for the line.

I guess if you don't know it's set up wrong, you don't there's a problem.
