I had the same problem with two cylinders dropping out on the same bank due to a bad carburetor and I'am still baffled. I bought a good used carb. to replace the suspected bad one. Problem solved!! All other troubleshooting techniques were applied. I'am satisfied with the repair but not thethe reason...
