engine oil preasure gauge stopped

Hi I was running my Merc 4.3 testing my cooling system all the sudden my oil preasure went to zero. It does have oil it could be a few things like pump(BAD) sensor, or the gauge any Ideas on where to look thanks

You might post this in the I/O forum. Oil pressure sender is a bullet-shaped device, with a single wire. It is normally on the rear of the block, behind or near the distributor. If you also have the oil pressure buzzor, that is shaped like a York Peppermint patty, with a single wire as well. Maybe the wire fell off? I have seen them clog and stick.
