I have a mercruiser 165 3.7. I just did a carb rebuild and am having issues getting it to idle properly when the throttle arm is connected. It runs nice when its dosconnect. I cant seem to find any info on how to adjust the throttle cable. I see a barrel to adjust but im new to boats and if ive learned anything its not everything works as it seems. Can anybody point me in the right direction to adjust the tension out of the throttle arm connection to the carb?
