You need to get a digital volt meter & test the wiring, switch, & the motor itself.......
How far are you getting 12+volts in the circuit path?.....
I would test for 12v at the switch first....
Then you either backtrack or move on to the motor itself........;)
Welcome to iboats, btw......;)

I just found out that the fuse is blowing, I changed it 4 times in two minutes, the blower and the indicator light goes on for one second and then the fuse blows, I took the blower assembly off the wall and I can't figure how to get it out of the tubes yet, I thought it would just puul out or the wires will have a clip on them or some easy way to change it, but I guess not.

I looked inside the flexable hose and the blower looks like it has some issues, the boat is just three years old but I guess the salt water and air could have killed it already

Locked up or burned out blower motors pop fuses.
The labor charge is not based on whast the part costs, it's based on what it takes to change the part. Most places charge by the hour, access to the problem part is also a factor. I know of a couple of boats I work on that have to have the engine pulled just to change the spark plugs or starter. Those blowers are usually mounted with 2 screws and 2 wires (one black, one yellow).
If you can't do that, then you better have a fat wallet for the more complicated jobs.

remember, if you think you can, or you think you cant, you're right!.....stewie griffin.are you positive you have the fuse sized right? just wanted to make sure before you spend a lot of money. it should say right on the blower motor. i know cause i just fixed mine. my wiring was bad and the motor was good, so i replaced all wiring and put in a new swich and in-line fuse. 1 hr project, roughly.
