The EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix will mark only the second time NASCAR has visited the 3.4 mile road course in Austin, Texas. Circuit of the Americas opened in 2012, and has been the host of the United States Grand Prix for the last 9 years. The course features 20 turns and over 130 feet of elevation changes throughout the course, with each corner designed to resemble sections of famous tracks around the world. The length of the race is 231.88 miles or 68 laps. The first and second stages are both 15 laps long and the final stage is 38 laps.

There is not a lot of history on this track with NASCAR. The only other time they raced here Tyler Reddick won the pole and the top ten finishers were: 1. Chase Elliott, 2. Kyle Larson, 3. Joey Logano, 4. Ross Chastain, 5. A.J. Allmendinger, 6. Chase Briscoe, 7. Michael McDowell, 8. Alex Bowman, 9. Tyler Reddick, 10. Kyle Busch.

Saturday at 10:30 AM is qualifying and Sunday at 3:30PM is Green flag racing in the Cup Series. Truck and Xfinity will be racing on Saturday which will be broadcast on Fox.

Tyler Reddick put down the fasted practice time today in preparation for tomorrow's qualifying and Sunday's race.

Reddick and Cowboy both pulled off the road course win. It took a few overtimes to do it, but Reddick proved to have the strongest car, by a pretty good margin, on Sunday.

Congratulations, FlaCowboy, on your fantasy win. Jip takes the lead in the standings.
