A few years back, my friends and I were having a few beers at the launch ramp on Lake Holter in central Montana. It is a cheap way of getting a few yucks in on the weekend after we finish fishing for the morning. It was mid afternoon and there was a lot of activity at the ramp. Everyone scurrying around and a long line of boats waiting to put in. Well, the ramp is VERY steep and looong. As usual, someone takes all the tie downs and unhooks the front hook also. This resulted in the boat launching itself on the concrete ramp, part way down. We all had a good laugh at the boaters' expense and help push the fiberglass boat down the ramp into the water. Scatching it quite merrily on the way down. The next guy in line comented on how stupid the guy before him was and proceeded to back down the ramp. BAM! another early launch. All were lying on the ground laughing their heads off and then scratched the boat down the ramp into the water. All of us couldn't believe how anyone could be so stupid, including the next guy in line. You guessed it. The next guy backs down and BAM. It was in the early days of video cameras. Too bad, it probably was worth a few bucks on Funniest Home Videos
