I have two areas with water drain issues on my 21 Stingray 172SC. One both under seat storage area "for and aft" on the starboard side. Both areas have NO drains and fill up with water when washing the boat. Can I drill two small holes at the bottom of each area to let them drain water or are they sealed for a reason?

That's strange. My bow rider has drain tubes connecting all the under deck chambers. It all ends up in the bilge, below the engine (I/O).
I always check to make sure those tubes are not clogged.

We are having the same issue. Still looking for a solution.
