Drainage in v-berth problem

Hello,

I have a 1987 Sportcraft C-Eagle 210 in immaculate condition; I was doing some cleaning in the v-berth area and peered down the bunker hole and noticed water in this hole area; does this area not drain directly to the bilge; does anyone have a floor plan of this type of boat; want to see where the drain runs to; if there is one?
