When looking for parts several sites ask if I have a 5.0 GL-A, GL-B, GL-C, etc. All I could find on the engine is what I have posted in my sig. Any incite would be appreciated.

You have a 5.0 GL PEFS which is a EF model which is pre GL-A (and the others you mentioned.)
The EF model is a 2000 gray painted motor, the 2001 GL-A and newer were painted red. Complete model number designation change.
