Hi Guys and Gals,
I am rebuilding 1999 Crestliner FishHawk 1750 and would like to add rear jump seats (or full bench) that, when folded, turn into the casting deck. I know new boars come with them, but has anyone attempted to diy it? Thank you in advance!

See what places like Overtons and West marine have.
Boat builders do not always make their own furniture, so you may see something that will work. Taylor Made and Wise are also a large OEMs for seats and stuff.

I have a 1989 Maxum that I am planning on doing this to. Going to follow you for pointers!

I have been following your build and have to say, that I am amazed at your persistence. You have started with zero boat knowledge and already managed so much and so good! Way to go brother!

Newer boats at the big box chain fishing stores, you know the ones with a big old bass as a logo, have the rear jumpseats fold down into the "bench" to create a flat platform.

The Chap in my sig takes a different approach....the rear seats pull up from the bench, remove the padding in the bow, insert the pedestal into the base, and then insert the rear jump seat to create a fishing seat in the bow. Repeat process for the rear fishing chair which connects right above the engine compartment. Between the jumpseats on my boat is the livewell.

FWIW...my youngest insisted that we convert the boat over this year while on vacation and he plopped himself right in the front with his pole. Happy as a clam. He was NOT happy when we converted back as that takes up a lot of space for a family of 5.

Yes, exactly like the store boats you described. My local store did not have them in stock for me to explore, so I was hoping one of the members here DIYed something like this
