Hi Crew!
My daughter has just purchased a used day sailor and I would appreciate any feedback on the manufacturer or model. The cabin is about 6' with low headroom and it's good for gear storage and not much more. Here's what I know: LOA 25', fiberglass hull, alum mast and boom, 70's vintage, previous owner has not found any hull numbers or namplates or sail decals, trailerable, the dagger keel retracts with a pully system.

Re: Day Sailor Identification

Not sure but it looks a lot like a EL MAR sundancer with the dual cockpit and basic lines. Maybe they made a larger boat than the 20 ft.
Sundancer. She looks fast.
The EL MARS were made in Michigan and are said to be fast.

Not sure of the make... but it does look sweet and well taken care of from the picture.

If looking for a ID #, check the stern, may be stamped into the mold.
