Re: cypress cay

I don't know anythng about the cypress cay but the numbers sound about right if your WOT R's are near 5500. And most toons set low in the stern to counter the added weight of passengers toward the bow.

Re: cypress cay

most people don't understand that a pontoon has 2 hulls that are equal front to back unlike a mono hull boat that gets wider at the rear.
Most toons have the engine, gas, batteries and a large seating section all at the back of the boat so they are going to set low in the rear, also the 20 is a smaller boat which magnifies the situation.

Try settting pople up front and spreading the load a bit and see what that does but 7 people on a baot will slow you down, you are adding around 1000 lbs to the boat and few things kill speed faster than weight.
