coverting a 18' 79 HolidayV5 to a Bowrider?

I have purchased a 18' 79 Holiday. I would like to make use of the bow for extra seating. Has anyone attempted to covert this type of boat to a bowrider. As I am just getting to know about this brand of boat, I understand that the "SS" is the same but in a bowrider. Can anyone give me any tips before I start this project???

Hi Big Moose,
I would trade it in and get the one you want rather than cut up the one you have. They're out there and you'll end up ahead in the long run... SS models turn up on eBay fairly frequently and you shouldn't have any trouble selling the one you have...
