If it is a volvo version of the 351, its model name is AQ240.
Is it overheating?

the motor or at least the exhaust has been replaced with one from Commander, which is now under the PCM umbrella. the commander motors were originally inboards used in early ski boats

the blue paint and the stainless exhaust manifolds with "commander" is the old Commander trademark

Ayuh,...... Being a hodge podge of this, 'n that, I doubt a diagram can be found,.....
I'm guessing the raw water is drawn in through the transom, or somewhere in the hull, to the raw water pump, to the t-stat housing, through the motor,
n out through the exhaust manifolds,.....
But, it'll take many more pictures to see all of that,.....

the water path on the old VP drive is from the side inlets and the bottom port in the casting, water travels up the pivot shaft. there are potential leaks at the o-ring on the bottom of the hollow pin, or the raw water casting at top of the H-frame.

from there, there is a molded hose that runs to the port side of the transom shield. this is where the power steering cooler is usually mounted.

the stock volvo penta plumbing then went to the crank mounted raw water pump. however the raw water pump on the commander motor is belt driven based on the pictures. who knows how it it plumbed.

Reach out to PCM to see if they have schematics for 45 year old motors
