converting my ski boat for fishing.

I have a 1975 Glastron 175 with walk thru and a 20 gal tank under the front floor. It has cushions on each side for sitting and under seat storage. I would like to remove the seat and lower the seat base so I could install a fishing chair in the center and have live well on the side where the seat were tips be greatly appricated. I would also like to do a raised platform in the rear to fish off with a chair also. I thought about a bass boat type but I have rebuilt a 1995 90 HP Evenrude from the water pump up and put it on my boat and it really makes the boat get up and go. If you have tips please respond.
