complete parts list of SX-M bellow & u-joint service - can't find pivot drawing

Hi there. The bellows on my 03 SX-M 1.79 need to be replaced. Other than oil, the out drive hasn't had anything done to it in a long time so i would like to replace wear parts and seals within reason. I've been looking at drawings and threads on here to get a parts list - I'm unable to find the pivot assembly - sounds like there might be thrust washers in there that should be replaced.

anyone know where I can find the pivot drawing? any other recommend parts or service? how do I see if the anodes need to be replaced?

thank you - link worked, unfortunately the pivot housing isn't listed. I'm still finding multiple bellows part numbers, I was hopeful that the pivot housing would confirm the bellow part number.

perfect, thank you! Looks lide there is an early and a lte version of the transom shield. only difference if the hose washer so I'm going to order both.

My boat is a 98 and I still haven't replaced the exhaust bellows. Really no need unless they are ripped. Even then, it's just a little noise until you get it out of the water again.

hmmm... so I confirmed this is an "early" edition based on the o-rings I purchased, so that is good.

I did manage to order the wrong u-joints, gimbal bearing and seal - first time missing that many parts, no biggie plenty of time!

U-joints - I have outer clips - BTW the camden inners are a paint to press with the curved surfaces, I had to cut arcs in a piece of metal piping to get the inside supported so i could press out the u-joints. Looks like Volvo used two types of u-joints - for folks that find this pull the shaft first and see if you have inside or outside clips. Seal - this thing is a bear to get out - three jaw slide hammer wouldn't touch it. had to hammer the lip out and use locking pliers to bend it a little. at that point I was able to use the slide hammer with the seal lip adapter while holding a 2x4 for pressure - nice backyard style work ordered part Sierra 18-8349

for the gimbal bearing pretty sure I got it right this time - sierra greasable: Sierra 18-2100
