Clinton 5.5 help

Just got a motor for local dealer. I know nothing about motor (it does turn over) dealer said he was told it started but recoil rope was broke. It is a Clinton 5.5 hp model K550 6000A S/N 1586625 What year, what gas mix, what oil or grease is used in l/u. Spark plug # and gap? points? What is reasonable compression. A quick look it appears to be air cooled (no waterpump)? Were can I find exploded view of parts on Internet. Thanks

K550 is a 76-80.Fuel mix is 48:1 TCW3 rated oil or quality 2 stroke oil.
Champion CJ8 set at .025,points set at .020.Outboard gear lube in the gearcase.It has a water cooled Exhaust leg uses a pump above anti vent
(cavitation) plate.Water should mist out the relief holes in the leg.
Unfortunately Clinton has been gone since about 85.There is a phone number floating around but can't help you there.
Reccomend get it running good for as little as possible,sell it and put the money toward a 3,4,5,5.5 or 6 hp Evunrude?johnson from 52-the 70s.
