I am looking for a carburator kit for a rochester carburator, GM 2 jet 17086107. I cant seem to find a kit that refferences those exact numbers. plus they ask if its a 2GC, 2GV which none of those numbers on on the carb. Thanks
FWIW I sent my carb to flying fish carburetors for a rebuild because I couldn't find a rebuild kit either. They did a great job, carb came back in the expected time frame and worked great.

Call Cliff Ruggles ( http://www.cliffshighperformance.com/ ) I messed around with my carb for a year. I received his book as a gift and finally figured I had nothing to lose. He REALLY knows quadrajets. Give him the carb number and you get the exact parts you need. 2 tips-- 1) Change the idle tubes, it's not hard and makes a huge difference. 2) You need more than just Cliff's book, the cheap 2 page instructions in a generic kit are a huge help.
