hello all over the weekend i was washing boat after a day of water fun.. i have a alpha one with a 5.7(1986) looking at the transom i noticed the bolt which goes thu the hull missing its the lower corner on the same side as steering wheel. on the opposite side there is a big round looking maybe its a cap.. my question is this is it a nut and bolt or is the inner transom plate threaded... and from what i see it looks quite a chore to replace..any imput would be greatly appreciated
