bow-mounting w/ rails

My 18 ft center console has rails along the bow; I'd like to mount a trolling motor up there. Are there any decent ways to do this-- any hardware or ideas out there? There is not much width (~3 inches or so) along where the rails are mounted, and then a drop to a raised deck-- not sure how this could be done.

Do you have a pic of the bow you want to mount on?

I have mounted several on Boston Whalers with bow rails, but I have no clue what your boat is or what sort of rails it has.
