Bogging down

Campion 2000 542 with 135 black max keeps bogging down. I have first changed plugs, fuel line from bulb and filter, all ignition coils, and sprayed carb cleaner in all six carbs. Also checked gas going into motor which is super clear. Any next step suggestions? Also how do I change and access main fuel line and tank? I bought the boat used.

Carbs need to be inspected as sounds like internal stoppage

On a 2000 campion 542 explorer, how and where can I access main fuel tank? I want to change the 24 yr old gas line going to that tank, I don’t see any access points on where the tank is located. Line going to bulb and to engine I changed last week.
