my 5.0 merc cruiser engine just shuts off without starting back up
it turns over but does not want to start
I checked for spark it’s good I check for gas it has gas and the gas is going to the injectors what could it be.?

Is this a new to you boat or just a new problem?

Aye..what 5.0 are we talking here ? Carb, carb tks, efi tbi or mpi ? Presumably one of the latter with the mention of an injector? If it is mpi perhaps…it will be one of a couple odds on favourites for sure. Keen to hear back.
