Best boating location for Memorial Weekends - Northern CA

I'm looking for a good place to take my friends out on that Sunday.

Can anyone suggest a fun spot? We'd like to be out anchoring, run jetski, raft around in inflables, tubing (with jetski), relax with food and drink. The group is young 21-30, I'm the oldest (38). About 10 of us.

I plan to join the Northern CA Sea Ray club with my wife & kids on Saturday in delta somewhere, then with my group on Sunday. So one idea is to have my group meet up at the same place on the delta. But we live in Hayward, so was wondering if there's other spot near home that'd be better choice.

Please advice.

I've been to lake Camanche many times (not on memorial weekends) but never been in these 2 yet. I was always wondering what the differrence?

The delta would be closer to me. Would it be warm enough for swimming yet? Or at least tubing? Is there a particular place in the delta for the Memorial Day weekends?
