Bella 651 (or 630, 650, 652, 655)

Hi,

I have been a sailor for the last 20 years, mainly cruising around the coasts of Scandinavia for many weeks every summer. When the kids grew up I decided to convert to a small motor boat instead, and was looking for the following specs :

- Cabin which can be completely closed, and with a heater
- Possible for 2-3 persons to stay overnight
- Toilet and some kind of kitchen
- Inboard engine with a decent crusing- and top speed
- And since I like fishing, a good aft deck to fish from
- Last but not least, the price tag must fit my budget...

Looking around, I discovered the Bella 630-655 range of boats. I found a good used Bella 651 for a reasonable price, which I purchased. This one:

So my question: Are there any Bella 630, 650, 651, 652, 655 owners outside the Nordic countries? Perhaps even out there in US or Canada?

Welcome to the forum, animap.

She is a good looking boat. I looked at the Bella website and didn't see any dealers in North or South America, so they are probably rare over here unless an owner imported a Bella on their own.

Thank you very much both of you, and thanks for pointing me to the company website. Seems to be dealers pretty much all over Europe and also Asia including China and Japan. But none in US as you say. They probably made that decision.

This seems to be a very useful forum, with special sections on Mercruiser and such. Will definately be using!
