bayliner 180

Im looking at buying a new bayliner 180 boat with a 125 mercury i know bayliner had problems with the floor rotting out does anyone know if this problem still exists?And how about the mercury 125 2+2 motor?

saporoc,<br />I have a 18'8" bayliner with a Volvo 125.<br />I would suggest going bigger on the engine if you can.<br />My Bayliner moves alright but most of the people I boat with are running around 225hp on the same size boats and I have to push WOT just to keep up with thier cruise . Its fine when its just the fam but when we hook up with other boaters we often find ourselves under powered.<br /><br />Just something to think about.
