bait jacket

I saw a bait jacket that you slip over any type of artificial lure. I can't remember what it is called. But I'll try to explain it. Its opaque, slips over the bait, adds swimming motion to bait, and when a fish strikes it it leaves shiny flecks in the water like scales. What the h#ll is this and where can I buy some. I already looked in the new cabela's and online. Oh where, oh where, oh where?
